Shipping Information

MiSTer FPGA UK offers a range of shipping options, including free UK delivery on orders over £20.00 and tracked international shipping. With trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and DHL, we aim to meet the shipping needs of customers in the UK and worldwide.

Fast Shipping

Our goal is to pack and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday), provided all items are in stock and not on back order or pre-order. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays may take slightly longer.

Once an order has been dispatched, its delivery speed cannot be changed. If you need faster delivery, please select an express shipping option at checkout.

Back Orders

If a MiSTer FPGA add-on board is available on back order, it will usually be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of the order being placed. We only allow back orders when all the required electronic components and the PCB are already in stock, with only soldering, assembly and testing remaining.

If an order contains any back ordered items, the complete order will be held until all items are available for dispatch.

Free UK Shipping

UK shipping is free on orders over £20.00 sent to any address within the UK. Simply select the free delivery option at checkout. Orders sent using the free delivery service are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

Tracked Shipping

Royal Mail offers tracked shipping services for express UK and worldwide delivery. If you choose one of these services, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to track your delivery.

International Shipments

European Union / Rest of the World

You are placing an order with a UK based business, and your order will be dispatched from the United Kingdom. Your order may be subject to local customs import duty and fees which is charged on the value of the purchase. However if the order value is below the taxable threshold in your country there will be nothing to pay. Please note that this tax free threshold varies from country to country. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment of any applicable import charges may be required before customs or the delivery carrier releases your order. If a parcel is returned to us because customs charges were not paid, any refund will be reduced by the shipping and transaction costs incurred.
