Shipping Information

MiSTer FPGA UK offers a variety of shipping options, including free UK delivery on orders over £20.00 and tracked international shipping. With trusted partners like Royal Mail and DHL Worldwide, we aim to meet all customer delivery needs.

Fast Shipping

Our goal is to pack and ship your items within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday), provided the item is in stock and not on backorder or pre-order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. Once shipped, delivery speed cannot be adjusted. If faster delivery is needed, please select an express shipping option at the checkout.

Back Orders

If a MiSTer FPGA add-on board is available for back order, it will usually ship within 3 to 5 working days of your order being placed. Back ordering is only allowed if all the required individual electronic components and PCB are actually in stock, with only the time for solder assembly and testing being required. If an order contains back ordered items, the whole order will not be shipped until all items are available.

Free UK Shipping

Shipping inside the UK is free providing your order value is over £20.00 when placed and posted to any address within the UK. Just select the free delivery option during the checkout procedure. Orders placed with the free delivery service are usually delivered to customers within 3 to 7 working days.

Tracked Shipping

Royal Mail offers tracked shipping services for express UK and worldwide delivery. When you choose one of these shipping options, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, which you can use on the Royal Mail Website.

International Shipments

European Union / Rest of the World

You are placing an order with a United Kingdom based business which is being fulfilled from the United Kingdom. Your order may be subject to local customs import duty and fees which is charged on the value of the purchase. However if the order value is below the taxable threshold in your country there will be nothing to pay. Please note that this tax-free threshold varies from country to country. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment of import duty and fees is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival to your country. If a package is returned due to non-payment of customs fees, a refund minus the shipping and transaction costs will be applied.
